PURPOSE:To use a low-priced A/D converter and to improve resolution by the A/D converter. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a voltage generation means 11 impressing the same reference voltage on a variable resistor 1 and the A/D converter 4, and selection means 3, and 5 to 10 which increase output from the variable resistor 1 by (m) times by setting the upper limit value or the lower limit value of the reference voltage as reference and selectively input it in the A/D converter 4. Then, the output from the resistor 1 is increased by (m) times by setting the lower limit value or the upper limit value of the reference voltage as reference in accordance with the output therefrom at that time and selectively inputted in the converter 4. |
