PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain an inspection report having only contents required immediately by corresponding the emergency degree of the output of an inspection result to each inspection item composing an inspection report. CONSTITUTION:An inspection instruction book preparation part 7 performs a parts extension based on the contents of each inspection request item read by an inspection request acceptance data reading part 5 and prepares an inspection instruction book 8. Farther, inspection result data are fetched in an inspection result file 10. Every change of the registered contents of this inspection result file 10, an output condition setting part 11 refers to an inspection item master 2 and performs the setting of each output condition within an emergency correspondence output condition file 4. An inspection report preparation part 12 performs a prescribed logical calculation for the bit state of each output condition of an emergency correspondence output condition file 4, extracts the data of each patient corresponding to an inspection request 1 from the inspection result file 10 and prepares an inspection report 13. |
