PURPOSE:To stabilize the accuracy of the frequency after the conversion by a voltage/frequency converter making the reference voltage a corrected constant value according to temperatures by performing a temperature compensation from the reference voltage by the temperature sensitive resistance of a partial pressure means. CONSTITUTION:In a voltage/frequency converter 1, reference voltage Vref is inputted via a voltage divider means 2 composed of a pair of resistors R1 and R2, and in one of the resistor R2 of this voltage devider means 2, a temperature sensitive element R3 is serially provided. This temperature senstivie element R3 is the element whose resistance value changes according to temperatures and which is constituted to compensate the change of the voltage dividing due to the changes of temperatures of this voltage divider means 2. From this voltage frequency converter 1, the output frequency fout by the difference of the reference voltage Vref and input voltage Vin are outputted. In this case, because the reference voltage Vrcf is stable by a tempeature compensation, the output frequency fout is possible to maintain stably high accuracy not influenced by temperatures. |
