Quick fastening battery carrier sling

The battery case carrying sling has two locking elements mounted at opposite ends of the sling (1), the locking elements being designed to form a push and twist lock which is quickly locked and unlocked. One locking element is made up of a flattened button fitted over the end of the sling and having a diameter greater than that of the sling. The second locking element is fitted over the end of the sling and has an end-entry axial passage (5) shaped to the same profile as the flattened button to accept the button and to allow it to pass through to a second passage further inside the second element. The second passage has a cylindrical section to allow rotation of the button once it is in this passage so that the shoulders of the button are locked in place under tension at the interface between the two passages.
