PURPOSE:To freely set the ratio of temperature change of dielectric constant from minus to plus and to increase a Q-value by mixing at specific ratios neodium oxide, magnesium oxide and niobium oxide. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric material contains at least either neodium oxide or magnesium oxide, as well as niobium oxide. The mol ratios converted with the neodium oxide, the magnesium oxide and the niobium oxide expressed as Nd2O3, MgO, and Nb2O5, respectively, are expressed on the lines and the inside of a pentagon with tops A (0.4, 0.525, 0.475), B (0, 0.525, 0.475), C (0, 0.5, 0.5), D (0.5, 0, 0.5), and E (0.925, 0, 0.075), in the composition diagram of the three components (Nd2O3, MgO, Nb2O5). The dielectric material contains at least one kind selected from an Nd3Mg2NbO9 phase, NdNbO4 phase, and MgNb2O6. |
