PURPOSE: To perform the input matching of circuits with no deterioration of noise value and to improve the linearity by connecting together both emitters of transistors TR A and B of a matching pair of radio frequency via an inductor (a) and connecting an input to the base of the TR A via an inductor (b) respectively. CONSTITUTION: The 1st and 2nd local oscillator matching pairs of TR Q1/Q2 and Q3/Q4 respectively are connected to a radio frequency matching pair of TR Q5 and Q6 via a coupling means. In such a connection way, a Gilbert cell is obtained and used to a double balanced mixer. Then a thin film spiral inductor LE is placed between both emitters of TR Q5 and Q6 of the mixer. A resistance RI uses a metallic wire of the inductor LE and attains the reactance feedback between both TR Q5 and Q6. Then the radio frequency input VRF is inputted to the base of the TR Q5 via an input inductance LI. Thus, the input matching of circuits is attained with no deterioration of noise value and the linearity is improved.
