PURPOSE:To provide a centralized monitoring customer station equipment in a medium consumption centralized monitoring system allowed to be easily arranged even in an existing building without applying specific construction to the building and capable of reducing power consumption. CONSTITUTION:In this centralized monitoring customer station equipment in the medium consumption centralized monitoring system, a medium consumption data source such as a gas meter 12 connected to a medium equipment capable of using a medium to be consumed and generating medium consumption data expressing the use of the medium to be consumed by the medium equipment and a transmitter 30 connected to the medium consumption data source to transmit the medium consumption data by radio waves are arranged on the data generation side and a terminal equipment connected to the transmitter through radio waves, connected to a line from an exchange 17 and transmitting medium consumption data obtained from the transmitter to the exchange 17 are arranged on the trunk line side. Thus the transmitter connected to the medium consumption data source and the terminal equipment connected to the line from the exchange are respectively arranged on the data generation side and the trunk line side and radio communication is executed between the transmitter and the terminal equipment. |
