PURPOSE:To lessen the ripple by the temperature change of capacitance and prevent the occurrence of output ripple or going out so as to improve startability by constituting first and second capacitors out of ceramic porcelain. CONSTITUTION:An exciting coil 2 to form a closed loop is connected in series to a high frequency oscillating circuit, and besides first and second capacitors C1 and C2 are connected in parallel to the coil 2. And, this unit is equipped with an electrodeless lamp 1 which emits a light, being electromagnetically supplied with energy from the coil 2. Here, the capacitors C1 and C2 are composed of alumina DBC. For the alumina DBC, a copper plates 22 as conductive metallic plates are jointed integrally with both sides of an alumina plate 21 by baking or the like. Since the property of capacitance change by the temperature change of this alumina DBC is 200ppm/ deg.C remarkably smaller than conventional fluororesin film, the output ripple or going out by temperature change can be prevented, and startability is improved too. |
