<p>PURPOSE:To quickly restart the network operation by setting distributingly an operation path of each exchange in a network so as to relieve a load of an operation centralized management center with a request from the operation centralized management center at the time of setting up the operation path. CONSTITUTION:A call request from an operation centralized management center 1 is made to an operation virtual terminal equipment 3 (VDTE-A) in a packet exchange 2 (PS-A) accommodating the operation centralized management center. The operation path to each exchange 2 in a network is set to a terminal equipment 3 in each exchange 2 designated by the user in a CR packet on the occurrence of a call from the center 1. Furthermore, when the number of set operation paths is preset in the exchange 2(PS-A) and the number of distribution paths in excess of the number is designated, different distribution processing is requested to the terminal equipment 3 (VDTE-B) in a succeeding packet exchange 2(PS-B) by using a CR packet user data.</p> |
