PURPOSE: To reduce the dielectric constant of a ferrodielectric material while virtually maintaining its inherent tuning. CONSTITUTION: The property is changed for a ferrodielectric material that has a dielectric constantεr , a loss tangent tanδand the tuning of prescribed frequency (f) by means of a structure of a geometric shape. This structure has plural ferrodielectric slabs 18 of prescribed thickness (t) which are continuously arranged on an axis (z) and one of other two axes. The other of two axes is used for reduction of the constantεr .
