PURPOSE:To manage many digital speech data in the form of document text data while automatically generating the digital speech data under the same conditions. CONSTITUTION:A document to be answered in voice is inputted from a document input part 10 and stored as document data part 12. On the basis of the text data 12, an original of the document, phrases, and words as an object of sound recording is printed out at a document output part 16 and the speech is continuously recorded through an analog speech input part 18 according to the original. Analog speech data are converted by a conversion part 22 into continuous digital speech data. According to condition parameters 24 at the time of the sound recording, the digital speech data are divided into phrases or words, which are automatically edited. |
