The invention relates to an electrical connection having a plug (1) which has a plurality of connecting elements (9) which are in each case connected to a connecting cable. There is furthermore a retaining part (2) which has a retaining shaft (6) for retaining the connecting elements (9). Ends (11) of contact tracks (10) of a flexible printed-circuit board (4) project into the retaining shaft (6), it being possible to press the ends (11) of the contact tracks (10) through the connecting elements (9), which are retained in the retaining shaft (6), forming contact connections which bear on a wall of the retaining shaft (6). On the wall of the retaining shaft (6), the retaining part (2) has contact surfaces (12) which can be pressed against the contact tracks of the flexible printed-circuit board (4), it being possible to connect the contact surfaces (12) to conductor tracks on a printed-circuit board.
