PURPOSE:To restrain slag from adhering to a receiving member by constituting a feed water means by a plurality of partition plates installed between the opposed inner surfaces of the receiving member and a feed water element for feeding cooling water into between the partition plates. CONSTITUTION:A large number of partition plates 31 each are installed between the opposed inner surfaces 2a, 2b of receiving members 2. The opposite ends in the width direction of each of the plates 31 are welded to the inner surfaces 2a, 2b of the member 2 respectively. The plates 31 are disposed spaced apart from each other. As a result, a certain gap 32 is provided between adjacent plates 31. A feed water element 3b is connected to the upstream side of the plates 31 to feed cooling water into the gap 32. Consequently, slag is restrained from directly contacting the receiving members 2 and fixedly adhering thereto.
