A compound of formula (I): <IMAGE> or a salt of the latter, or a solvate of the latter, in which: A represents a group (CH2)n in which n is zero or an integer from 1 or 2; B represents a C2-4 n-alkylene group; Z represents a bond or a CH2, (CH2)2 or X-CH2CH2 group in which X is an oxygen or sulphur atom; D represents a CO, SO2, NH-CO, NH-SO2 or P(O)OR4 group in which R4 is a C1-6 alkyl group; Q represents an aryl, aralkyl, aralkenyl or aralkynyl group; R1, R2 and R3 are each independently a hydrogen atom or an alkyl, OH or alkoxy group; Ar represents an unsubstituted or substituted aryl group; a process for preparing these compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and the use of these compounds in medicine.
