<p>PURPOSE:To inexpensively provide a bearing that has no restriction to working conditions in addition to a function to keep off any fretting, in a roller bearing made up of building in a roller and a ring cage between two raceway members. CONSTITUTION:A retainer is formed as following tack welding is made to the split part of a split ring subjected to pocket forming and bending work and, after heat treatment is applied to this tacked split ring 7 and a stress is removed, the tacked part 8 is separated. Since this retainer is a split type, a delay in rotation is procuded in a raceway member at the driving side, whereby any fretting is restrained from occurring. In addition, as this retainer is made of metal, it is usable even under high temperature conditions.</p> |
