The invention relates to a device (1) for extracting vascular segments (2) which each pass through a portion of tissue (3), which vascular segment (2) consists of a substantially tubular wall (2.1) including an internal face (2.2) which bounds a channel (2.3) of defined diameter (D2). It is characterised in that the device comprises at least one flexible tubular member (7); - which has a length (L7) greater than that (L2) of the vascular segment (2) to be extracted, and - which at least indirectly houses the flexible body (4) over at least a fraction of its length (L4), so that, when one (4.1) of the end parts (4.1, 4.2) of the said flexible body (4) is located at its end (7.1) which is designed to facilitate intromission of the device (1) into a vascular segment (2), the other end part (4.2) is located outside the said segment (2). <IMAGE>
