PURPOSE:To stably and continuously mold a sheet-like material not generating the involution of air at the time of molding and having high mirror surface properties or provided with appropriate patterns. CONSTITUTION:In a molding mechanism 10 rolling and cooling the molten synthetic resin material continuously supplied and charged from a die 3 to mold a synthetic resin sheet S having predetermined wall thickness, a freely rotatable molding roller 15 is supported on the freely liftable molding base block 11 approaching or separating with respect to the die 3 and a molding belt means circulating so as to come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the molding roller 15 to set and mold the synthetic resin sheet S to predetermined wall thickness is arranged. Further, a pressure bonding flange adjusting means 27 having a clearance cotter 28 adjusting the pressure bonding force of the surface of the molding belt 24 to the outer peripheral surface of the molding roller 15 is provided. |
