PURPOSE:To eliminate the deviation of a printing position or handling difficulties due to slipping caused when a lubricant is added. CONSTITUTION:In an image receiving paper 1 for thermal transfer recording, a color material receiving layer 5 for receiving a color material from an ink ribbon and a base body 2 for holding the layer 5 are layered. Not only a lubricant, but a slip preventing agent are added to the color material receiving layer 5. Although the lubricant is added, the increase of lubricating properties is restricted, thereby to prevent the decrease of a friction coefficient between the layer and ink ribbon and avoid misregistration of colors. |
