PURPOSE:To provide columnar molded margarine excellent in molding workability and also in workability on its employment for breads or pastries due to its slightly adhesive property (non-sticky property). CONSTITUTION:The molded margarine comprises a water-in-oil type emulsified fat and oil composition in columnar form comprising a sugar liquid having a sugar concentration of <=30wt.% as an aqueous phase and an oil phase containing fats and oils having a SFI value of 30-55 at 20 deg.C, 10-30 at 30 deg.C, and <=5 at 40 deg.C in an amount of 30-95wt.% based on the whole amount of the composition. |
