PURPOSE:To provide a prepreg which can give a composite material having high impact resistance, high interlaminar toughness and high edge delamination resistance upon stretching a cross laminate as well as high interlaminar shear strength and high heat resistance and to provide a fiber-reinforced composite material made therefrom. CONSTITUTION:The prepreg comprises a fibrous reinforcement (A) comprising long fibers, a thermosetting resin composition (B), fine particles (C) of a resin, and fine particles (D) of a resin having a modulus higher than that of component (C). Components (C) and (D) are localized on the surface. |
