The splint according to the invention comprises a thin bar (1) of slightly incurving cross-section, an end portion of the concave surface of the said bar (1) being smooth for its adhesion to the nail (6') of the finger (6), the remainder of the concave surface being covered with an adhesive foam preventing sores, and the convex surface of the said bar (1) being covered with a fabric sticking tape (2), with complementary sticking tapes (8) being provided in order to be fastened at one end on the said fabric sticking tape (2) and to be wound at least once around the finger (6) so as to be fastened once again on the said fabric sticking tape (2).
