PURPOSE:To provide a method by which connection level for connecting a conductor to the steel members in concrete can be freely corrected and which the embedment of the conductor in the backfill concrete does not occur. CONSTITUTION:The base end of a long-sized metallic fitting 3 with which a fastening metallic fitting (nut) fixing part (screw) is continuously assured in the longitudinal direction is welding to the steel members (reinforcing bar 2) in the concrete 1 and the end of the conductor is fixed by means of this fastening metallic fitting to the arbitrary level position projecting from the chipping hole of the long-sized metallic fitting to make connecting level position freely adjustable, and the connecting position with the conductor is disposed outside the backfill concrete.
