<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the holdup of a solid-liquid mixed phase fluid so as to dissolve the damage of parts to prolong a service life by providing a means for preventing operating oil, leaking between a high pressure cylinder and a hydraulic cylinder provided at the upper part of the high pressure cylinder, from shifting to a plunger. CONSTITUTION:A high pressure pump 1 has a high pressure cylinder 3, into which a plunger 2 is fitted from above, at the lower part, and supplies operating oil 5 to a hydraulic cylinder 4 provided at the upper part so as to put the plunger 2 in vertically reciprocating motion. The operating oil 5 is pressurized by a hydraulic pump 7 and switched by a four-way switching valve 8 so as to be alternately supplied to the lateral hydraulic cylinders 4. The high pressure pump 1 and operating oil pressurizing mechanism 6, 7 can be installed in places away from each other by connecting them by a pipeline 9. The high pressure pump 1 is provided with a low pressure gasket 10 for preventing the leakage of operating oil 5, and a shift preventing means 11 for preventing the leakage operating oil from entering the high pressure cylinder 3.</p> |
