PURPOSE:To inform the customer information of a visiting vehicle quickly to a refueling worker, and improve the service of a gas station by a customer- managing device at a gas station. CONSTITUTION:A gas station entrance vehicle ID identifying device 3 is provided at an entrance 2A of a lot 2 of a gas station, and lane vehicle ID identifying device 10A-10F are provided at refueling lanes 4A-4F. Then, based on a vehicle ID which is confirmed by the identifying device 3, customer information from a data base is stored in a data retrieval table (backup memory area). When the vehicle stops at one of the fuel feeding lanes 4A-4F, the customer information is transmitted from the data retrieval table to a monitor 12A-12F of this lane, and is displayed. A refueling worker performs a service based on this information. |
