PURPOSE:To provide production of TAKOYAKI (griddle-cooked dumplings, consisting of wheat flour, bits of octopus-called TAKO in Japanese). CONSTITUTION:A flat mold plate 3, a first hot mold plate 4, a second hot plate 5 and a third hot mold plate 6 which are equipped with a great number of hemispherical dents are made successively from the right side on a heating stand 2. In a state where a given amount of dough for TAKOYAKI together with ingredients is fed to the hemispherical dents 7 of the first hot mold plate 4, the hot mold plate is covered with the heated flat plate 3 to form a thin film on the surface of the dough. Similarly a given amount of the dough, etc., is fed to the dents 7 of the second hot mold plate 5, the first hot mold plate 4 is rotated to set the first hot mold plate to the top of the second hot mold plate 5 to join the hemispherical dents of both the hot mold plates in the second hot mold plate 5. Then the second hot mold plate 5 is rotated to the third hot mold plate 3 side and the joined spheres are delivered to the third hot mold plate 6 side as a finished product. |
