PURPOSE:To reduce the noise emitted from an injection molding machine by driving a cooling fan when an injection molding mode is selected by cooperating the operation of the cooling fan with the selection switch of the injection molding mode. CONSTITUTION:Respective injection molding mode switches 1'-4' of preparation, manual operation, semi-automatic operation and full-automatic operation and a power supply switch 5' are provided to a control unit 30 while a plasticizing motor 4 for a screw 3 and the cooling fans 7, 9 of an injection motor 6 are provided to an injection device 1 and cooling fans 18, 24 are also provided to an ejector motor 16 and a mold opening and closing motor 22. When the power supply switch 5' is turned ON, a signal is applied to the AND gate of the control unit 30 from a line 34 but no output on and after is issued. For example, when the automatic mode switch 4' is pushed, a signal turns a fan driving circuit 37 ON through an OR gate 31, the AND gate 33, a drive circuit 35 and a relay 36 to drive the cooling fans 7, 9, 18, 24. Even in the case of the other mode switches 1'-3', the same operation is performed. |
