<p>PURPOSE:To restrain a brake noise from occurring by providing a leading side amplitude regulating part projected to the trailing side from an endmost part at the leading side of a pad, and setting an angle between a mounting plate end face and a disk rotor sliding surface to a right angle. CONSTITUTION:At the time of braking, two pads 23 and 24 are pressed to the sliding surface of a disk rotor 21. At this time these pads 23, 24 come to a rigid body each as a whole and they try to vibrate on the sliding surface of the disk rotor 21 in the vertical direction. Since each leading side end face 33 of these pads 23 and 24 is all to vibrate only at an interval between the disk rotor 21 and each incline 35, each amplitude of the leading side end 33 in the vertical direction of the disk rotor sliding surface becanes smaller. In addition, since an angle between an end face of each mounting plate 17 and the disk rotor sliding surface is a right angle, such a force that each trailing side end of these pads 23 and 24 receives from each end of the mounting plates 17 becomes paralleled with the sliding surface of the disk rotor 21. Therefore a brake noise and any drag of the pads are all restrainable from occurring.</p> |
