The instrument according to the invention comprises a main rod (15) and a manoeuvring rod (6) which are mounted so as to slide in a hollow tubular body (1), itself fitted so as to slide in a main body (17), and of which the two distal ends (12) are joined via a link rod (10). By actuating a handle (8) at the end of a manoeuvring rod (6), it is possible to control the orientation of the link rod (10), between a retracted position and a position of maximum deployment. A passage for fluids is formed inside the main body (17), within the main rod (15), extending as far as its distal end zone equipped with outlet orifices (33, 34) for the injection or suction of the fluids within the human body which is to be treated. The link rod (10) and the end parts of the manoeuvring rod (6) and of the main rod (15) serve as a bearing surface for manipulation of the internal organs of the human body. <IMAGE>
