Reply-envelope for sending a document allowing the affixing of date stamps, at the time of the original posting and when return-posting the reply-envelope respectively, on the same sheet. According to the invention, the reply-envelope (5) is formed from a sheet (1) which can be folded and pasted on itself having at least a first cutting line (2) and means of connection (14, 15) which firstly allow the original sender to fold the sheet (1) and to seal the envelope (5) thus obtained and which allow the receiver of the original sending to separate the sheet (1) into two parts (3, 5), to re-fold the part (3) intended for this purpose in order to obtain an envelope (30) for returning the reply and to seal it. <IMAGE>
