摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the learning of the delay quantity conformed to a driving mode so as to realize the desirable delay of ignition timing at the time of suppressing knocking by delaying the ignition timing skippingly by the specified delay quantity and then delaying the ignition timing by another delay quantity increased/decreased in the feedback state. CONSTITUTION:In an electronic control device 20 for an internal combustion engine 1, various sensors such as a knocking sensor 9 and an rotating angle sensor 18 are connected to an input port 36, and various equipments such as a fuel injection valve 6 and an igniter 16 are connected to an output port 38. The electronic control device 20 controls an air-fuel ratio, ignition timing, and the like according to the operating state of the internal combustion engine 1. At the time of suppressing knocking, the ignition timing is delayed skippingly by the first delay quantity and then delayed by the second delay quantity increased/decreased in the feedback state. At least at the increase time of the second delay quantity, the second delay quantity moderating value increased more moderately is computed, and further at the increase/decrease time of the second delay quantity moderating value, the first delay quantity is proportionally updated onto the increase/decrease side.
