摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a new fluorine-containing ether compound of 1,1,2- trifluoroethyl 2,2-difluoroethyl ether, its production and a cleaning agent having excellent cleaning characteristics and coping with the earth-environment issue comprising the new ether compound. CONSTITUTION:This 1,1,2-trifluoroethyl 2,2-difluoroethyl ether is obtained by reacting trifluoroethylene with 2,2-difluoroethanol.
