发明名称 REDUCTION GEAR MECHANISM FOR IC CONVEYER RAIL IN HANDLER OF SEMICONDUCTOR TESTER
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent effectively even a longitudinally long product like a ZIP tyoe IC series one from springing back in a conveyer rail by mounting a retarding roller at a certain angle to abut against the side of an IC dropping slidably by its own weight. CONSTITUTION:A base member 13 making an angle to a surface, on which rollers 14 are mounted, of the base section 11 of a conveyer rail is located by a guide pin provided on the base section 11, and mounted thereon. Next, the rollers 14 are mounted on the base member 13 by shafts 15 having sufficient clearances against the bore of the roller. Further, a cover part 12 constituting a guide for preventing an IC from falling down sideways is fixed by a screw onto a groove 16 along which a ZIP type IC 17 slides and falls down. Thus, an angle at which the base member is mounted to the conveyer rail can be optimized to meet a change in the physical condition for the IC series product, the number of mounted rolls and their own weight can be varied and a rotary load amount to be added can be adjusted to the optimum value.
