PURPOSE:To provide a laser beam machine by which a cut surface on a product side, can be made uniform regardless of its cutting proceeding direction when cutting an object to be worked, which is made of a metal, a nonmetal, etc., into a prescribed shape. CONSTITUTION:An optical path changeover device 28 which can freely change over the phase of a laser beam B by 180 deg., is provided in the laser beam path 23 of a laser beam machine 20. This optical path changeover device 28 is constituted of a movable mirror 29 and a drive mechanism making this movable mirror 29 freely movable back and forth inside and outside the laser beam path 23. |
