摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain molded products having no short, recess, void or the like by a method wherein at least one of liquid materials is mixed with carbon dioxide gas of specified volume ratio. CONSTITUTION:The liquid material 4, consisting of the principal constituent of polyol component, and the liquid material 6, consisting of the principal constituent of isocyanate component, are reserved in a machine tank 5 and the machine tank 7 respectively, switching valves 10, 11 are switched to low-pressure side and a circulating pump 17 and high-pressure pumps 8, 9 are operated. The liquid material 4 circulates into directions shown by arrow signs (a), (b) while the liquid material 6 circulates into the direction shown by the arrow sign (c). Under this condition, carbon dioxide gas is mixed into the liquid material 4 by a carbon dioxide gas blowing device 16 with the volume ratio of carbon dioxide gas of 12-40%. Then, the temperature of the mold 1 is regulated and, thereafter, the switching valves 10, 11 are switched to high-pressure side. The liquid material 4 and the liquid material 6 are introduced into an injection head 3 and are collided and mixed in the injection head 3, thereafter, are injected into the cavity 2 for the molded product.
