PURPOSE:To improve the strength, toughness, fire resistive, cutting, nailing, screw-securing properties with a small quantity of resin, and enhancing the workability by dispersing inorganic fiber at a rate of a predetermined volume or more, and forming bundled fiber in a roving or stranding state. CONSTITUTION:Thus method is to manufacture an inorganic composite molding for building materials consisting of integrally heat-solidifying inorganic solid sand particle 2 of pit sand, river sand or the like covered with thermoplastic resin 8 such as phenol resin or melamine resin, and inorganic resin 3 such as glass fiber or carbon fiber. Herein, an inorganic fiber layer is formed by scattering or placing bundled inorganic fiber 3 having vol.% in a roving or stranding state. Inorganic sand particles 2 covered with thermoplastic resin 8 are scattered on the inorganic fiber layer obtained in this process. Also, the inorganic sand particles 2 are dispersed at least in the interstices of bundles of the inorganic fiber 3. |
