COMPOSITE FILM AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To pack an article at a high speed by an overlapping automatic packing machine using a composite film excellent in slip properties, antistatic properties, releasability and transparency. CONSTITUTION:A first coating layer composed of a resin compsn. (1) containing a component (A) being a thermally adhesive olefinic polymer (e.g. a polypropylene copolymer such as a propylene/ethylene copolymer, a propylene/ butene-1 copolymer or a propylene/ethylene/butene-1 copolymer), a component (B) being diorganopolysiloxane (e.g. dimethylpolysiloxane), a component (C) being a powder of a heat-resistant resin (e.g. a fine spherical powder of a thermosetting resin) and a component (D) being higher fatty acid amide is laminated to one surface of a base resin layer composed of polypropylene and a second coating layer composed of a resin compsn. (2) containing the components (A), (D) is laminated to the other surface of the base resin layer. The resin compsn. (2) may contain the component (C).
