This baby's-bottle warmer is of the kind composed of an outer body (2) made of a synthetic material, a straight-rimmed (5a) metal inner tank (5), sealing means between the tank and the body, at least one electrical element (38) for heating the tank, and a thermostat (30) adjustable by an external knob. According to the invention, the means for monitoring and adjusting its operation are housed in a housing (3) which, interposed between the base (9) of the body (2) and the base of the tank (5) is provided with elastically compressible means (27) projecting from its base, while the rim (5a) of the tank (5) is clamped radially in the internal stepped skirt (42) of an annulus (6) having both assembly and sealing functions and made of a synthetic insulating material, which annulus comprises an external skirt (44) and an intermediate skirt (43) forming, between themselves, a groove which fits with an elastic gripping action over the rim of the cylindrical body (2). <IMAGE>
