This clamping device for fixing a support bar (3) to a post (8) comprises a first plate (1) including, on a first face, means (9) allowing this first plate to be fastened to a post and, on its opposite face, means (2a-2d) forming at least one positioning corridor the width (d1) of which is such that the support bar (3) can be engaged therein and held laterally, and the depth (d3) of which is smaller than the thickness (d4) of the support bar.
