CONSTITUTION:When the head end of a brush 32 held by a first holding plate 34 is worn, a first shaft 38 connected to the first holding plate 34 is moved in the shaft direction by a correction mechanism part 80, and a projection amount L from a second holding plate 35 on the head end of the brush 32 is automatically corrected to a specified value.
