PURPOSE:To simplify a mold structure and to enhance the rigidity of the upper surface part of a bumper fascia. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the injection molding of a bumper fascia 1, a thick-walled bead part 2 is integrally formed to the upper surface part of the bumper fascia 1 in a protruding state. By together adapting a gas injection method to the bead part 2 at the time of injection molding, a hollow part 4 is formed to the bead part 2 in a longitudinal direction. |
