WATER-DISPERSED ADHESIVE

PURPOSE:To obtain a water-dispersed adhesive having good adhesiveness to especially a polyolefin resin by mixing a water-dispersible adhesive component containing two specified copolymers and an aromatic polymer. CONSTITUTION:The adhesive is prepared by mixing a water-dispersible adhesive component containing 35-50 pts.wt. (meth)acrylic ester copolymer containing a hydroxy (meth)acrylic ester compound and a 4 or 5 C alkyl-containing hydroxyl-free (meth)acrylic ester compound in a molar ratio of 25/75-40/60 and having a Tg of 0 deg.C or above and a weight-average molecular weight of 50000-200000, 25-40 pts.wt. substantially amorphous chlorinated olefin copolymer containing propylene and 1-butene in a molar ratio of 65/35-75/25 and having an intrinsic viscosity eta of 0.5-5.0dl/g and a chlorine content of 15-20wt.% and 15-35 pts.wt. aromatic polymer prepared by cationic polymerization and having a Tg of 25 deg.C or above, a softening point of 50 deg.C or above and a weight-average molecular weight of 600-1800 with an aqueous dispersion medium.
