COAL-ASH-CONTAINING PARTICLE AND ITS USE

PURPOSE:To provide coal-ash-containing particles which can be used as a soil additive which is mixed with soil of e.g. golf links to assist the soil in adsorbing and holding an agricultural chemical or a fertilizer by using coal ash produced in large quantities from a thermal power plant. CONSTITUTION:A water-containing particle containing coal ash as a principal solid component and desirably a synthetic zeolite or cement, and its use as a soil additive are provided. The water content of the above particles is about 10-27wt.%.
