PURPOSE:To obtain a material for laser marking capable of discoloring to a black color tone excellent in visibility with a laser beam and a resin composition, containing the material blended therein and capable of carrying out the marking with the laser beam. CONSTITUTION:This material for laser marking is composed of a mixture of 100 pts.wt. yellow iron oxide with 20-500 pts.wt. copper oxalate. Furthermore, this epoxy resin composition contains an epoxy resin, a curing agent, the yellow iron oxide and copper oxalate and the content of the copper oxalate is within the range of 20-500 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. yellow iron oxide. |
