More specifically, assumed the flow rate flowing through the bypass passage to be 1, a flow rate flowing through a heat exchanger can structure 3 is n-1. Hereby, 1.Tw+(n-1)Tk= n.Ts holds following the heat conservation low. Accordingly, the control value Tk is expressed by Tk=(n.Ts-Tw)/(n-1). Further, the control value of the hot water storage portion temperature sensor 23 is controlled such that it becomes the control value Tk.</p>
