<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the fear of a burn and the like upon simultaneous operation of bathing/hot water supply by providing means for setting a control value of a hot water storage portion temperature sensor such that hot water temperature after mixing becomes hot water supply temperature. CONSTITUTION:Once an additional firing switch 17 is turned on, a control value Tk of a detected value of a hot water storage portion temperature sensor 23 is estimated. The control value Tk is set by a bypass ratio (n) indicative of a ratio of a flow rate flowing through a bypass passage 21 to the total flow rate of an output hot water, hot water supply set temperature Ts set by a hot water supply temperature setting unit 20, and input water temperature Tw detected by an input water temperature sensor 6. More specifically, assumed the flow rate flowing through the bypass passage to be 1, a flow rate flowing through a heat exchanger can structure 3 is n-1. Hereby, 1.Tw+(n-1)Tk= n.Ts holds following the heat conservation low. Accordingly, the control value Tk is expressed by Tk=(n.Ts-Tw)/(n-1).
