<p>An improved dental implant prosthesis comprising an attachment (10) and mounting posts (12), the attachment (10) having hollow receptacles (22) embedded within the prosthesis and formed with openings for receiving the heads (16) of the mounting posts (12), and slide means (28) which are removably insertable into the receptacles (22), by the wearer, to fixedly retain the heads (16) of the posts (12) within the receptacles (22) and which are removable by the wearer to permit cleaning of the prosthesis and subjacent gum area.</p> |
