In a device for the therapeutic treatment of mastitis in cows with complex exposure to infrared radiation, microwaves and an electromagnetic field, a highly effective healing effect is achieved, coupled with reduced energy consumption, by elliptical coils (1) generating a rotating magnetic field, and by a double-reflector antenna which is coupled to an infrared device (4) and a microwave device (5) and is fastened via retaining and supporting elements (7, 9) on the coils (1) and whose large parabolic reflector (3) is directly connected to the microwave device (5) and whose small parabolic reflector (6) located in the focus of the large parabolic reflector (3) serves as reflector for the infrared device (4). During treatment, the device is suspended under the udder of the cow via suspensions (2) and straps (8). The radiation unit thus formed is connected to a separate supply voltage unit.
