A manipulator where the hand (3-8) and the arm (2) of the surgeon is placed into the mounting (1) at the proximal side. The movement of the human extremity is absorbed here. Wires (22) are used to transmit the movement to the distal extremity whose shape and function correspond to the human shape and function.
