Rotor coupling for a centrifuge rotor

A rotor coupling for connecting a vertical motor shaft of a centrifuge drive to a centrifuge rotor in a frictionally engaging way consists of clamping pins which can be moved in a sprung fashion at least in the radial direction and which are mounted e.g. on the underside of the rotor and which engage in the coupled state behind radially inwardly directed teeth of a ring gear which is mounted on the receptacle hub of the motor shaft.
