<p>Disclosed are novel compositions comprising mixtures useful to treat the metabolically impaired and to improve patient compliance. Included are non-racemic mixtures of certain chiral spirofluorenehydantoins. Methods of use to treat glucose toxicity and complications arising from diabetes mellitus are also disclosed.</p> |
