<p>A non-halogen, thermoplastic, flame-retarded moulding compsn. comprises: (a) a thermoplastic comprising a copolyetherimide ester and/or a copolyether ester and (b) an effective amt. of a non-halogen flame retardant comprising: (i) magnesium carbonate or a mixt. of magnesium and calcium carbonates; and (ii) zinc borate and/or zinc oxide. 20-60 pts.wt. of (a) and 80-40 pts.wt. of (b) comprising pref. 75-99 pts.wt. of MgCO3 and 25-1 pts.wt. zinc borate. The thermoplastic resin is a copolyetherimide ester or a copolyether ester.</p> |
